SHIPPING

 

Q: How long is the transit time for my order?   

A: Transit times vary from 5 - 7 business days depending on your destination.

 

Q: When will my order ship? 

A: If all items are in stock, your items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you placed your order.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?  

A: We offer FREE SHIPPING for all US orders over USD $150 and a flat rate of USD $12 for all US orders less than USD $150.

 

Q: Do I need to pay customs and duties? 

A: For any orders over USD $200, duties and taxes are assessed by customs and will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Q: Lost package?

A: If you have any issues with your order once it has left our warehouses, please contact the shipping carrier first as they are best equipped to help you at this point. For any further questions, please contact us at contact@doverist.com.

Q: What happens if my discount code isn’t working? 

A: Please check that you have entered your discount code correctly or contact us at  contact@doverist.com

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?     

A: We support PayPal at the moment, we are working on subsequent payment methods and will keep you updated as they become available!

 

Q: How can I return my order?

Q: Can I cancel or modify (all or part of) my order after it is placed?  

A: Much of our fulfillment system is automated, so once an order has been placed, you will have a 12-hour window to contact us at contact@doverist.com to modify or cancel the order.

*Since we start to process your order shortly after it is placed, in many cases it is not possible to change or modify. We will do our best to accommodate any changes within this 12-hours window. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, please follow the Shipping & Returns page here after you receive it.

 

Q: How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

A: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund status. We will typically issue a refund to the original payment method used when you placed your order within 3-5 days.

A: Please refer to our size chart for general measurements. It is recommended to choose one size larger than your usual sizing.

 

Q: How should I wash and care for my clothes?  

A: It is recommended to machine wash cold gentle with like colors,avoid use only non-chlorine bleach when neededreshape lay flat to dry,do not wring or twist,do not dry clean,iron on low when needed
